Born and raised in Brazil, Mari has always been passionate about health and well-being. Her love for sports began early, competing in swimming and handball during her teenage years. This active lifestyle nurtured her interest in the body’s natural ability to heal and thrive.
With a strong academic background, Mari holds a degree in Nutrition and a Master’s in Transpersonal Psychology. She also completed her first yoga teacher training in Brazil, deepening her holistic understanding of the mind-body connection.
In 2023, Mari brought her expertise and warmth to Australia, where she pursued her passion for helping others by becoming a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist. She is dedicated to helping her clients find relief from pain, improve mobility, and support their overall rehabilitation.
